You must be 18 or older, and old enough to buy nicotine products where you live, to use SnusRate. If nicotine products are restricted where you live, you are responsible for following those rules.

What SnusRate is

SnusRate, run by Edward Thomas, is an independent place to record and compare personal experiences with snus and nicotine pouches. We don’t sell products, and nothing here encourages anyone to start using nicotine. Nicotine is addictive and can harm your health. If you don’t use nicotine, don’t start.

Not advice

Ratings and comments are personal opinions. Nothing here is medical, health or safety advice, and an ingredient list is not a safety judgement. Talk to a doctor about health questions.

Catalog information

We work to keep product facts accurate, but they can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and recipes change. Always check the label on your own can.

Your account

Keep your password safe, use one account, and give a real email address. You are responsible for what you do with your account. You can delete it at any time under My preferences.

What you can post

Share your honest experience of products you have actually tried. Do not post:

• anything illegal, abusive or hateful, or anything involving people under 18;
• personal details about you or anyone else, including photos of people;
• health or safety claims, including claims that a product is safe, harmless or helps you quit;
• advertising, sales offers, links to shops, or paid or fake reviews;
• ratings or reviews of products from a company you work for, own part of or are paid by;
• content you don’t have the right to share.

Your content

Your content stays yours. By posting it, you let us store, display, resize and organize it on SnusRate for as long as it is posted, including with the help of AI tools described in our privacy policy. We don’t rewrite your words in your name without your consent.

Moderation and reports

Comments and photos are reviewed before they appear. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly or seriously do so, including accounts used for spam. If we remove your content, you can see that on the product page and write to us if you think we got it wrong. Anyone can use the Report link on a comment or photo, or write to notifyedd@gmail.com, including rights holders who want product images or text removed.

Availability and liability

We provide SnusRate as it is, and it may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on content here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell members before it takes effect.
